warm up run 10-15 min

 

2×7 shoulder opener/back sq combo

2×7 cu press

bear crawls, strict hips flat

3×10 g sq, pause at bottom make sure chest is forward

 

work up heavy FS

then

6×2 FS @80%

2-3 min rest between

 

rest a bit, then:

heavy sled push + heavy farmers carry

1-2-3 laps ea

 

300 sec wall sit

 

later, 30 min recovery run
