Out of the Gym August 27

Morning:  18-20 miles trail run

– load the gear from the “required” list into the pack and carry it to see how the pack feels

– focus on big elevation gain for the first 10 miles (4000+)

– run as much of the next 8-10 miles at 10000+ as possible, power hike where more efficient to do so

– no big downhill this morning!

rest, eat, nap, etc, and,

Evening:  6-8 miles foothills run, nice easy pace
