Out of the Gym September 3

Trail Run 12-13 Miles, Technical Practice:

tram up to Crest, do not run up today

warm up legs – tram to Crest, Crest Spur to “Y”

be sure legs are ready… then:

3x rock slide repeats.  no rest at bottom of slide; return to the top before first break.

*maintain extreme focus entire time

*find a steady, quick pace that you can maintain across the slide

*run where you can

*for time

Easy run/hike back to tram to cool down.
